3. Conservation Volunteers, Australia and New Zealand

This is the project working in Australia, Newzealand and few international locations.Its purpose is to protect habitats and promote tourism.   6. HI. I have the same problem. I would LOVE to volunteer for numerous cos. The airfare is really $$ expensive from the US. I know kayak has discounts, but if anyone knows any way to get airfare for SUPER cheap, I would jump on the volunteer train in a sec

  7. I’ve seen these volunteer opportunities often before, but I decided they are not for me- just too mainstream, and “down and dirty.” it’s taken me years to build up the knowledge i have about out-of-the-ordinary travel and volunteer experiences.

  8. You can also travel abroad to the Republic of Georgia and teach. Your airfare, room and board and a stipend are all provided. You don’t have to have an education degree. You don’t have to commit a full year. You only work about 20 hours a week. It’s an awesome opportunity, and I loved my time there last Fall. If you want to work with kids, travel the country and make a little money, then this is for you.
