But even if it were true that does not mean you should allow for someone to behave irrationally. It would be like having an ax murder kill someone you loved, then telling everyone you know not to piss of the ax man. In reality you would see to it that an authority (government law) arrest this man. If a female cuts me off I don't give them "the bird", but if I did exercise my free speech and "flip her off" that does not make her justified to shoot me with a gun.
