I actually went and did that myself too (so I'm running my own hacked version of the DISQUS plugin). Question for you though. I also use another solution of just using jQuery to go and modify all DISQUS links to be nofollow on the client side. Do you know if search engines like Google run javascript prior to indexing the page?

Hey there. First, thanks for the hard work you've put into this.

I'd like to address a couple things though. We're not very interested in any SEO benefits from the plugin. We don't get any, anyway. Where the no-follow is applicable is in the links within the comment text.

No-follow has been added to our newest plugin and we're still working on releasing that soon. Thanks for the push though.
