People place security cameras for one reason. to secure the premises. Little do they know that when they put them online at internet, These security camera need to be password protected. Otherwise whole world will be watching you live. There is nothing more foolish than to put your Security camera on web without using security features that come along those web cams.

Whoa! This is scary! The security applications are staggering. Thank you so much for the info on how to secure a webcam. I just hope (with very little confidence) that the owners of those webcams will wake up and secure them before stalkers learn to use them.

Very good info. I had no idea that this is the case. I have been thinking about getting security cams for my biz & home. I live in Florida and there are allot of strange things going in lately. Вчера у моего антивиря касперского истекал лицензионный срок, оставлось 15 дней, а бачел на продление лицензии не было. Я и решил похулиганить немного, через поисковик надыбал десяток сайтов, предлогающих ключи касперского 2009 скачть бесплатно. Накачал кучу архивов с ключами и начал пытать, из всей кучи надыбал десяток зелёных лицензий, остальные были либо просроченными или из чёрного списка. Активировал тем у которого срок дольше и успокоился. С последующим обнавлением базы новый ключик сразу попал в чёрный список и обновление заблокировалось, я попробовал его убрать и активировать следующими ключами, история та же, все они тут же залетели в чёрный список. Вот щас думаю как быть. Может какой то другой антивирь использовать? Кстати кто NOD 32 пользуется покоменте пжл как он пашет хорошо нет?!

If you try http://maps.google.com/ there is an option to look at live webcams from around the world..
