New year’s Eve is the time to look back at the past and review it, in order to move forward in next year. From reviewing the past we can look into  what changes we need to make and follow on to make those changes.

As I think following resolutions can make a happy change in your life.

1 – Spend More Time with Your Family and Friends

A recent survey shows that more than 50% Americans promised to appreciate loved ones and spend more time with family and loved ones this year. Make plans for this year to meet your friends on your favorite place such restaurants and take your family to such places also.

Never give priority to work more than your family and friends.

2 – Keep Yourself Fit

If you are not exercising regularly then make a commitment from new for exercising daily. Regular exercise is having so many benefits and its key to a healthy life. Research studies shown that regular exercise reduces the risks of some cancers, increases longevity, helps to achieve and maintain weight loss, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure and even improves arthritis.

In simple words exercise keeps you fit and healthy.


3 – Avoid Getting Fat

Recent studies had shown that over 66% Americans are considered overweight. So its not surprising to find that weight loss is one of the most popular New Year’s resolution.

Setting goals for weight loss and then staying focus on them are the two important factors for weight loss program. You will get the 100% success regarding your weight loss when you will keep sticking with your weight loss commitment.

4 – Quit Smoking

Try to quit your habit of smoking this year though its but not anymore through over counter availability of nicotine replacement therapy its easy to quit smoking. Whether you tried before and failed don’t let is get you down. According to a research study smokers averagely tries at least 4 times for quitting smoking, then they gets success.

Start a new smoke free life this year. Be happy and make others happy.

5 – Try to Enjoy Life More

What is gone let it be gone think about new one this year. Millions of Americans are having stressful lifestyles from that its easy to understand that “enjoying life more” resolution will be a revolutionary one. Though it looks hard but when you will do a little effort then you can extract happy moments from life. Just take up a new hobby, try to go to theatre or to cinema. Try to happy moments more to have a beautiful life.

6 – Quit Drinking

On every New Year I had seen so many people saying that they will quit drinking this year but I never seen them acting upon their words. Many heavy drinkers gets fail to quit drinking. Quitting drinking is never been hard if you had a strong will power and moral support. Just make a decision for quitting drinking, for that use alternatives such juices that will make your life healthy also, go for walk in morning or evening.

Just keep in mind drinking will never give you any benefit only damages and life is short so try to take more benefits instead of losses.

7 – Try to get rid of loans

Try to get rid of your debts because it is the main source of stress in your life. Commit yourself that this year that you will live only on your own earnings and will make the repayments of debt on time. Be contented on your own financial resources.

Get your life debt free this year and you will see main burden of your life is gone away and you will be having a relaxed life.

8 – Learn Something New

The most motivating resolution for new year can be to learn something new such something that can help you in your career or something new that help for changing a career. Take any new course, read books and gain knowledge. Because knowledge is power that can change your life.

9 – Be Helpful

Set up your mind helping others this year. Take part in volunteer works, such helping in local library, mentoring a child. There are so many non-profit volunteer organizations that can really use your help. Take this resolution for new year, and really the satisfaction you will get by helping others you cant get by spending money on useless things.

10 – Get Organized

This New Year organizing your life can be a very reasonable goal in your life Organizing matters a lot whether you organize your home so that you can invite someone or organize your office enough that you can find the stapler when you need it. These simple steps will make you to organize your life in a better manner.
