Citizenship and naturalization test is in process of changing in United States. Basic purpose about this is to make such questions which reflect more closely information about the US that will actually be useful for new citizens to know.

US Citizenship Test Questions

This test will be available to potential citizens who volunteer to take it. They can re-take the original test if they fail. There is 100 questions guide whom the potential new US citizens have to study and out of those 100 questions they will need to answer 20 written questions in multiple-answer format.

There is an oral exam (the naturalization interview) for new citizens also; in this exam the officials can ask any of the 100 questions. The candidate won’t be gives answers to choose from; he/she will have to answer from memory.

A candidate can be asked similar question which may not be given in the study guide. The main purpose of the interview is to see if the new citizen is having a clear knowledge of the English language.
