2. Arcosanti – Nature & Man
Arcosanti is one experimental town made in 1970. Paolo Soleri was the designer of this town. The area covered by this town is as much as 30 acre and the town has 50 permanent residents in it. It is a symbol of nature’s purity.
3. Findhorn Ecovillage – The Perfect Village
Findhorn was brought to life in 192. It is an emphasis and concrete effort to show how sustainable energy resources can bring a great change. People have contributed to the town’s origination since the year 1960.
4. The Harmony Society Communities – The Perfect Fusion
The Harmony Society Communities are a perfect example of long lost and forgotten towns. They have been established in Germany by Johann George Rapp. The town was considered to be a place of non-violence and people who were a member of this fraternity refrained from worldly luxuries and devoted to religion and peace.
5. Pullman – The Pride of Illinois
George Pullman was the founder of the amazing town built in 1890`s. It was started by the Pullman Industries as an attempt to give workers a better way of living.
