1. Airbus A 380

The A380 is a superjumbo jet as it is considerably larger than any other such vehicle, such as the 747-400. With its floor more than 5,000 square feet in size, this huge airliner can easily accommodate 525 to 800 plus passengers. When compared to 747, the interior of this giant vehicle is 1.5 times bigger. The number of total 380s in the world today is less than 50 but in the coming few years, it is expected to exceed 200.

2. Antonov An-225 Mriya

This giant fixed-wing aircraft was created by Design Bureau of Soviet Russia. It stands to be the largest plane ever built. Mriya is so huge that it can easily carry a space shuttle on its back. Train engines, 150-ton power generator plants, wind-turbine blades and all types of heavy loads are transported in this craft.  It can even hold several other airplanes and helicopters in it as well.

3. MS Oasis of the Seas

This is the longest ship from Oasis-class that has a record of holding 6,000 passengers. The luxuries on it are:

Some of them will become part of our happy memories, while others will be the ones which became the reason for grief and sorrow. 1. Volcano Eruption (Iceland)

2. Port-Au-Prince Earthquake (Haiti)

On January 12th, a strong earthquake jolted Port-au-Prince of Haiti. Earthquake was recorded of magnitude 7.0 on the Richter scale and it caused massive destruction in the area, leaving around 316,000 people dead, 300,000 injured and 1,000,000 homeless.

3. Muzzaffargarh Flood (Pakistan)

On August 7th, two rivers of Pakistan Chenab and Indus surged on both its sides, causing a huge damage to 890 small villages. Affection more than 4 million people, mainly tenant, daily wagers and small farmers.

4. WikiLeaks Founder Arrested

Julian Asange, who was the founder of WikiLeaks, which released around 250,000 diplomatic cables, detailed candid conversations between embassies of the world and Washington, was arrested on 7th December, 2010.

5. Tension at North-South Korea Border (Korea)

After the last Korean War in between 1950-1953, this was the first time when North Korea fired artillery shells into the territory of South Korea, which resulted in the death of four and injured around 20.

6. Aung San Suu Kyi Released (Myanmar)

Hershey was named after the extreme popularity of Hershey’s Chocolates in 1906. It has also been dubbed as the sweetest place on earth. The Hershey Company and the H.B. 4. Villajoyosa (Spain):

5. San Francisco, California (USA):

1. The Great Wall of China

The first thing which comes to mind about the Great Wall of China is its enlistment in the seven wonder of world.  This wall was basically built to protect China from invasions. 3. Parthenon

This is a monument of the ancient Greece construction and grandeur, many of the sculptures which are also referred to as the marbles have been removed from the building. These were subsequently shifted to the British Museums and despite of constant efforts by the Greek Government to have them back and placed in the building are still in the museums.

4. Rome

The city of Rome has seen the various periods of evolution from Medieval to Renaissance. The city is regarded as one of the most beautiful and ancient cities of the world. The city hosts various sites like the arch of Constantine, the pantheon and the circus maximus.

5. Egypt

The things which come to mind as we speak of Egypt are the great pyramids of Egypt and the sphinx at Giza.
