Ford unveiled the new 2010 Mustang GT convertible at L. A. Auto Show. Customers will have an option of choosing between V-6 and V-8 Models. Both Models have been made with unitized welded steel body with aluminum hoods for reducing body weight. These beautiful cars have been assembled at Flat Rock Plant in Mich.
I specially like the mustang with V8 model with 4.6 liter engine installed at 90 degrees. It is capable of producing whopping 320 Horsepower at 6250 rpm. The Torque is rated at 325 lb.-ft @ approx 4250 rpm. Both of 2010 mustang use 87 octane fuel and are fitted with 16 gallon tanks. Fuel economy figures are not available yet but with current drop in oil prices, it does not matter anymore.

Front and rare suspensions have solid stabilizer bars as well as coil springs. Power steering is pretty much standard. Good thing is smaller turning circle if just under 35 feet. which is impressive looking at length of car. [click to continue…]

[ad#ad-2]Indeed there are difficult times ahead. Gas prices are going to hit $5 a gallon any day now. This will have an inflationary impact on everything that moves as transportation costs will go up… In fact all business costs will go up as a result of higher fuel prices. The businesses will have no other alternative but to pass these costs on to consumers. It is fair to say that It is not the gas prices that have gone up. It is our salaries that are shrinking. Each dollar today buys us less amount of goods then this time last year.
Higher oil prices are also a threat to American way of living. they infringe our freedom of movement right. Middle class city workers living in suburbs, commuting daily to work are the real victims of this Oil saga. They own a overpriced home at high mortgage rate, they are also making payments on their car. Only reason they moved to suburbs and are enduring the bashing of long daily commute is that they want better life at a lower cost. [click to continue…]
