There is no doubt about that Stonehenge is the greatest image of mystery, power and endurance. It is unknown what was the original purpose of that by placing stones like that, but some speculate that it was a temple made to worship ancient earth deities. Some claims that this structure was made to mark the movement of stars and planets on the prehistoric calendar while other says that it was a sacred site for the burial of high-ranking citizens from the societies long a go.
Keeping all the above views of different people we cant say any thing with surety that what the real purpose was of its construction but one thing is clear that it was not made for any casual purposes. There will be something more important to ancient people that they put their best efforts and investment to construct Stonehenge.

Hi Folks, Thanks for your patience with our site’s poor uptime. Its simply a classic example of shared hosting not supporting surge traffic from Digg, stumbleupon and reddit. we recieved over 3000 hits in less than 30 minute period and the mysql server was unable to survive. We have shifted a better server now, hopefully this one would survive the influx of visitors from social bookmarking sites.
So far I have posted 140 HQ wallpapers of very high resolution (1600 x 1200) that are well suited to both widescreen and large screen CTRs and LCD screens.
