During this shopping period almost all the major stores remain open for extended hours until 11 pm or midnight.

Try to avoid shopping on Christmas Eve because it is a busy shopping day. Avoid shopping at big malls and stores. Most merchandiser prices are over as soon as Christmas day is over.
